Article III – Membership
Section 1 – Membership shall be active, inactive, or honorary
Section 2 – Any young woman of good character between the ages of 18-45 who is in agreement with the aims of the Club shall be eligible for membership.
Section 3 – The active membership shall be open to women who live, work, or are otherwise actively involved in Hopewell or the surrounding areas. A candidate for membership must have attended three (3) club functions within the past six (6) month period, two (2) of which must be regular club meetings. She must also submit two (2) letters of endorsement – one (1) professional or civic and one (1) personal. The candidate must be a registered voter or must register as soon as all voting requirements are met.
